Client Case Study
The Village at Yeronga
A suite of stunning marketing material was integral to the commercial success of a planned retirement village on Brisbane’s southside. To sell the upmarket apartments from the plan, sales staff representing The Village at Yeronga needed memorable branding and high quality publications and advertising. Superb architectural renderings greatly assisted the design and production of brochures, advertisements, billboards and banners, allowing potential residents to fully appreciate the developer’s vision for The Village site. More photographic than artwork to the eye, the renderings meant that prospective buyers could closely inspect ‘virtual’ ultra modern apartments and the extensively landscaped communal and recreation areas.
The consistent theme throughout all the marketing materials was quality, from the paper used in the ‘teaser’ brochures and comprehensive information booklet to the colour reproduction in press advertisements. This strong focus was vital for promoting and selling the ‘quality living’ promise made by the developers of The Village at Yeronga.
The branding developed for The Village was also attributed to the success of the marketing program. The client was so impressed by its eye-catching simplicity that the logo became a master brand for the company’s other existing and planned retirement complexes. As well as establishing a strong, distinctive corporate identity in the marketplace, this initiative proved to be a major money saver for the client.
